Centrally Scheduled Timetable

Semester 1, OUA SP1 and Tri 1A, 2026 Centrally Scheduled Timetable

The Progression, Assessment and Awards Office will manage centrally scheduled
examinations. All other examinations are considered school scheduled examinations. These
will be managed by the relevant School, unless centrally scheduled by the Progressions,
Assessment and Awards Office.

OUA examinations will be scheduled and supported by the Progression, Assessment and
Awards Office in accordance with the OUA study periods.

Students will make themselves available for scheduled examinations.

Centrally scheduled examinations may occur on any day or evening during the examination
period or other centrally scheduled assessment period, including weekends where required.

Centrally and school- scheduled examinations will not be held during study weeks or tuition free weeks.
